Yikes!
Wow have I been too busy to keep up with this thing! I guess I have a whole week to re-create! That's too much... I'm not going to remember the beginning days of the week, just the past few. Damn. That's why I like to write at least every other day, so I don't forget. But I just haven't had ANY time. It's lame. I haven't had much time to talk with people on the phone either. Which reminds me, since I have some free time tonight, I should at least call Sophie. But I kinda wanted to catch up on sleep, because with the lack of free time to write in my blog, there's also been a lack of free time to sleep. Actually, I think I'll get ready for bed right now and then as soon as I'm done with this entry and can just crash. It's only 8 o' clock, I know, but I could go to bed now except that I'm still digesting dinner, and this blog potentially will take a while, depending on how much I can remember.
Whew, okay. That took a lot longer than expected because I was trying to figure out this stupid registration online for next semester, and all I need to say about that is, if you’re going to bother to “keep up with the times” and make everyone register online, make the effing online program WORK! Because it doesn’t. And I’m fed up with it.
Moving on… Monday? Who knows. Tuesday? Ah yes! No LCD! It was brilliant, it was beautiful. It was sleeping in, it was… Drawing homework… blah. I drew a paper bag. That was out homework. It was tough, and didn’t turn out so well, and then my teacher deemed it “unfortunate” which made me laugh. No, really. I took no offence. I found it rather funny. Uhm. We painted in ink for the figures. Boy, did that blow. It was really really difficult. We had to do shadows vs. light. The shadows were the ink. Duh. Thursday… Oh man, Thursday kinda sucked because I was scrambling to get homework done because Dad was coming Friday morning! I did as much as I could, but not as much as I wanted. I was drawing a tree outside and my hands went numb. Haha.
So Dad’s here! It’s awesome! We went to Long Island and to Union Square and out to dinner and lunch in a bunch of different places, which I’ll tell you about in detail hopefully soon, but right now, somehow it’s already 10 and I need to go to sleep. Dad’s leaving on Wednesday =(
